How to Return & Refund

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Any returns without prior approval from our support team will not be accepted.

Once you’ve received return instructions from us, please securely repack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all original components, hardware, and protective materials. Be sure to clearly write your order number (e.g., Mira-0001) on the outside of the package. This helps us quickly identify your return and process it as efficiently as possible.

Once we receive your return package, most returns are processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. Please note that the original shipping fee and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Conditions

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to determine if the lighting fixture is suitable for your space. If you wish to return the item, please reach out to us within this window.

All eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover inspection, testing, and repackaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

Clearance and Final Sale items

Replacement bulbs, lampshades, or individual accessory parts

Customized or bespoke light fixtures built to custom specifications

Flash Sale and Black Friday/Promotional event specials

Condition Requirements:

Items must be returned in their original condition: uninstalled, unmodified, undamaged, and complete with all original parts, hardware bags, and packaging. We cannot accept returns on fixtures that have been wired, installed, or altered in any way.

Cancellation Policy

Choosing the right lighting fixture is a key step in interior design. Our cancellation policy balances your convenience with our fulfillment process: once an order leaves our warehouse and enters transit, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team before it ships.
